The only contact information that we get from you is the device id that helps you send relevant promotional information to you. Other than that, our applications do not use any kind of user-sensitive information from you. Moreover, the information collected by us is not shared on any platform or with any third party.

Non-personal Data:

Non-personal data means information that, by itself, does not personally identify you. We may collect Non-personal data such as your device model number, operating system version, country code, and other properties for purposes of managing the apps and communicating with you.

Location Information: 

At this point in time, Amazing Apps does not collect any information related to your location. If in the future we do get your location, you will be notified with regards to granting location information and the same change will be made to the privacy policy as well.

Disclaimers:

i). Amazing Apps will not assume any responsibility for any of your personal information that is disclosed for your own reasons (for example, when you voluntarily disclose to other people your password or when you share your account with other people).

Amazing App assumes no responsibility for any personal information that is lost, disclosed, or falsified due to forces beyond Amazing App's control, including but not limited to events that may affect normal network operations, such as hacker attacks, intrusion or attack of computer virus and temporary closure of websites due to government regulations or actions.

iii). Amazing App assumes no responsibility when it or a third party uses your personal information in accordance with provisions of relevant laws or regulations or this privacy policy.

Ad serving Technology

We may disclose Non-personal data to third parties and/or allow third parties to collect Non-personal data through their own embedded technology. In order to deliver ads to you, third-party advertising companies may place or recognize unique cookies, anonymous identifiers, or similar technology for non-personally identifiable information. Log Data: 

We do not collect your log data directly. It is Google with its services that fetch and keeps your log data that is only used by us for analysis purposes only. Google with its services in our applications shares your Log Data information with us. Log Data may include information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, location, mobile carrier, device and application IDs, search terms, and cookie information. We receive Log Data when you interact with our applications. Amazing App uses Log Data to understand user behavior and to measure, customize, and improve our services.

Access Network State

This permission is needed for checking whether you are connected to the internet.

Write External Storage

This permission is needed for writing to the external storage of your device when exporting the app data to the device's internal storage.

Camera

We can access the camera for taking a photo of the user in creating her/his photo frame and we cannot access his personal photo or any personal videos.

Children's Privacy 

We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided me with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact me so that we will be able to do the necessary actions.
