This Privacy Policy explains how Live Mobile Number Tracker ("us", "we", or "our") collects, uses, and protects personal information that we receive from users (“you”, “you're”) of our mobile application. By using our app, you consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Please Note: If you or Your Legal Guardian disagrees with any term provided here, you may not install or use the apps and are requested to promptly uninstall the app from your device.

⇨ Information Collection and Use

• Your Account Information: You must provide your mobile phone number to create an account. If you don’t provide us with this information, you will not be able to create an account to use our Services.

• Geo Location: We collect your location information through your GPS coordinates (e.g., latitude/longitude) available through your mobile device. We do not retain your location data in the course of providing the service to you. Instead, your location data are stored on your device and not stored on the server. If you decided to share your location with one of your family members then your location data are stored on the server and delivered.

• Contacts Data: we do not collect your contact data and may use phone book data only to display your friends/family member names instead of just phone numbers in case you chose to use any feature that requires you to connect with a family member or other devices.

The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

⇨ How We Share Your Information

We share your personal information, including precise location, with the contacts you only chose to share your location information with them. You can easily stop sharing your location with them by choosing the “Stop Tracking” feature in the persistent notification on your mobile device, Or simply by turning off the location permission through your Mobile Settings.

We may share your personal information, including your precise location data, unique identifiers or AD IDs, and other data with our partners, such as AdMob, for their marketing and business purposes, including without limitation, to inform and improve tailored advertising, attribution, analytics or research purposes. These third-party partners may use this information according to their own privacy policies. Please see “Your Choices About Your Information” to learn how you may be able to limit some third-party data sharing.

⇨ Sensitive Information

We ask that you not send us and also not disclose any sensitive Personal Information (e.g., information related to political opinions, racial or ethnic origin, religion or other beliefs, health, etc) on or through the application, the Services, or the Site or otherwise to us. Keep safe your personal and sensitive information and strictly we do not ask you to submit.

⇨ Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

However, please note that although we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no app, website, Internet transmission, computer system or wireless connection is completely secure.

⇨ Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case I discover that a child under 13 has provided me with personal information, I immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact me so that I will be able to do the necessary actions.

⇨ Permissions Our Apps May Ask For

• Internet: Required to open network and internet streams.

• Fine Location: This permission is needed to obtain your location.  GPS (also known as ‘fine mode’) is a bit slower to initially locate you but is usually more accurate.

• Coarse Location: This permission is needed to obtain your location. Network-based location (also known as ‘coarse mode’) gets a quick location but is not usually accurate.

• Read Contacts: is used only to display your friends/family names instead of just phone numbers in case you chose to use the "Find Friends/Family" Features.

• Access Background Location: This permission is needed to obtain your location in the background while your app open or closed.

We may, in its sole discretion, change this Privacy Policy from time to time, any and all changes will be reflected here and the date new versions are posted will be stated at the top of this Privacy Policy, so please review it periodically.
